3. Advertise the position


4. Take in Applications.


5. Check references


6. Do a background check.


7. Check their licensing


8. Make them a written job offer.

My daughter works in a very high end salon in the city here, and she was recruited right out of hair school. She started out as an assistant, then worked her way into entry level on the floor, and is now a level 1 stylist.


Her salon only hires students out of a college that has a lot of recognition, and only those with top grades.


As a result, everyone does well!Im going to start a salon and i want to hire people how to go about it?
Advertising on the local newspapers of put up posters saying workers needed for a salon...
use posters, flayers and the newspaper , u can put a big poster on the salon door too :D
