No def not. When you go to the salon they will tell you. You will have to wait 2 - 4 weeks after perm to color your hair or it will fry it an damage it, it could also cause breakage.Is it okay to highlight and perm your hair in the same visit to the salon?
no u will have to do the perm first than wait at least 2 weeks to get the highlights, its really bad for ur hair to do both on the same day...GL
