A hair styling salon? I want my hair to be blonde with black underneath. I was wondering where a good place in or around St Louis Missouri is a good place to go where they do color well and are pretty reasonable in price?Where is a good salon in St Louis MO?

My favorite was Verve on South Grand. They can be a little pricey, but they definitely do a good job. Tell the owner, Jeff, that Jackie sent you if you go there :)

I go to Ambiance off of Butler Hill and Mindy does my hair. She is awesome at coloring. I do something similar and it's 63.00 for a cut and color
I'm a barber shop kind of guy, but when my female friends want their hair done right at a reasonable price they go to Salon de Christe. They have locations in St Peters and St Charles, both just west of St Louis county.
