I really want the platinum blonde look not like whit but i hate this yellow color and i dont have the money to go to the salon what do i do?I want platinum blonde hair? a salon has bleached it toned it dyed it and done violet blue dye to it wat to do?
First of all, if you go to a salon and they don't produce the results that you wanted than you need to complain. You spend your hard earned money and give it to some so-called ';professional'; to create the style that you want, and it is not fair to you if they don't give you exactly what you asked/paid for. You need to go back to the salon and tell them that the color is not what you wanted and they will fix it for free. If they don't than don't go to that salon ever again. (I had a smiliar problem as you once when I decided to go blonde and since that horrible experience I learned to do my own hair.)
You need to know that bleaching dark hair is a process. Sometimes you have to bleach your hair more than once to achieve the desired results. What you would need to do is mix a 30 volume developer with a bleaching agent (such as Clairol Born Blonde), and add a couple of activator packets to boost lightening power. Then you would need to leave that on your hair until it turns a VERY pale yellow (like the color of frozen butter or the inside of a banana peel); that would take anywhere from 40-60 minutes. Then you would wash that out really well, and finally you would use a toner (that is the blue/violet stuff you're talking about). The toner should remove the yellow/brassy tones and turn your hair a nice pale blonde color. A good toner that I use which you can get at beauty supply stores is Clairol Creme toner; it comes in a variety of shades but the one that I use and think works perfectly is shade #301.
I don't know what your hair looks like now so I can't give you any more constructive advice. But if it's just a tad bit yellow than you need to go to a beauty supply store, get a 20 volume developer and mix 2oz of that with 2oz of the Clairol Creme toner (301 is most likely what you are looking for). Put it in your hair for about 20-30 minutes. You would leave it in your hair longer than the directions state to make sure that the yellow is lifted and your hair is a nice pale color. During the process your hair may turn a strange gray/blue, but that's okay since it will wash out.
Once again, I don't know if your hair is pale enough for this to work but that is what I do for my hair to eliminate the brassy tones and it works great. I hope this helps at least a little bit, if not than you need to find a good hair stylist and make sure that he/she does it properly this time.I want platinum blonde hair? a salon has bleached it toned it dyed it and done violet blue dye to it wat to do?
i'm not exactly sure what color you want because platinum IS white and you said you didn't want white? anyway, depending on how dark the yellow is, you might get what you want if you shampoo it with your violet shampoo more often. in order for a toner to turn your hair more platinum, the yellow has to be as light as the inside of a banana, not the skin on the outside. if it's not that light a toner can still cancel out the yellow and make your blonde more ash but it won't be that super light platinum. and don't worry about using the violet shampoo more often, you'll know when to stop using it because your hair will start looking less yellow.
