I've been growing out my hair for awhile. Im super freaked to have someone new cut it (i had an awesome hair dresser in the bay area). I have wavy/poofy hair. Also looking to spend about 20-30 on the cut (not including tip).What is the best salon/hair place in north county San Diego ?
